Understanding Positive and Negative Integers

Today Clara and I recorded a video teaching you how to understand positive and negative integers. I found it quite hard to explain how to do it and I enjoyed getting the question right because it's a good feeling. I was challenged when I was teaching it to you because it was quite hard to explain it in a way that's easy to understand.
