Matariki True Or False Quiz

Today for Literacy Medals we had to write a set of true or false questions about Matariki. It was hard because I had to think up 6-10 questions that were really good. I enjoyed writing the answers at the bottom. I could have been BTB (Better Than Before) by adding better questions. 3. False. The stars names are Tupu-a-nuku, Tupu-a-rangi, Waipunarangi, Waiti, Waita, and Ururangi.
4. True.
5. False. It is normally celebrated with gathering with your Whanau, Reflecting on the past year, Remembering Ancestors, Singing, Eating, and heaps more.
6. False. Matariki is around 4.8 billion years away!!
7. True. Subaru is the Japanese way of saying Matariki.
